The History of the Clone Trooper

By CGWebsites

Background Info

The Clone troopers are some of the most iconic soldiers in the Star Wars universe. Raised and trained on Kamino, these armored troops would form the backbone of the Grand Army of the Republic. The clone troopers were genetically modified and cloned after the Mandalorian bounty hunter Jango Fett. The clones also had an inhibitor chip implanted in their heads to make them obey orders. However, the majority of them never found out that it would be used for the Sith’s plan to kill every single Jedi. For three years, the clone troopers would fight with their Jedi Generals against the droid armies of the Separatists Alliance. Although some troopers questioned their commitment, most were loyal and proud to serve the Republic even though that was their only life. During the war, the clones were broken up into different legions, giving their armor unique colors and looks. The clone armor would also have two phases which would be the phases one and two armor which would then lead to the evolution of the Imperial Stormtroopers.
